My name is Mohamed, founder of Key 2 Morocco, and guiding is not just my profession; it is part of my life story.
I was born in a small Berber village in the High Atlas Mountains, where hospitality, storytelling, and tradition are part of everyday life. My father has been an official mountain and desert guide since 1991 and runs a guesthouse in the mountains. Growing up in this environment, I had the chance to meet travelers from all over the world from a very young age.
These early experiences shaped my passion for tourism and gave me a natural ability to connect with people from different cultures.
Although I studied Economics and Management at university, I quickly realized that my true calling was sharing Morocco with others, just like my father.
Today, I am an officially licensed national tour guide with more than 8 years of experience leading private tours across Morocco. I have also worked as an expedition tour leader with National Geographic, an experience that strengthened my ability to deliver high-quality, immersive, and meaningful travel experiences at an international level.
